After she released that album, she also moved to New York, which has a thriving community of shoegaze artists. Since then, she has been collaborating more with indie/shoegaze artists such as They Are Gutting a Body of Water, Horse Jumper of Love, Hooky, Hatchie, Tanukichan, SASAMI, RIP Swirl, and Day Wave. She released her latest album, “Adult Romantix,” this summer. It perfectly blends the catchy sensibility she has cultivated over the years with a distinctly shoegaze sound. “Adult Romantix” was selected as one of the Best Shoegaze Albums in 2025 by Stereogum.
